JOINT VENTURE PARTNERSHIP

Magnum offers Joint Venture (JV) business opportunities to individuals, corporations or governments in need of waste stream remediation. An example of a JV partnership may consist of a corporation used for operating the ATS system, wholly owned by the client. It is anticipated that the client will have received back his investment in the ATS system/s by the end of the third year, after commencement of commercial production. After that, for a certain period of time, Magnum would like to participate in the Net Profit Before Tax of the operation. In return, Magnum will provide the necessary technical backup for the ATS system/s, and technical updates of the ATS system to the client.

On Magnum’s behalf, MGI Thermolysis Systems Inc., and Emergent Waste Solutions Inc., both Canadian corporations, will be solely responsible for building the turn-key plant. The JV partner will be responsible for providing funds for the JV business opportunity, an ongoing guaranteed feedstock for the plant (if possible), and to provide land and building for the plant to be located close to the waste source (where possible).

The JV Company will be responsible for staffing, management, operating the ATS system, and marketing the by-products.

This is a great opportunity to utilize a state of the art organic waste conversion Technology to develop an extremely profitable business and at the same time, address the global challenge of safe waste disposal.

Effective, in June 21, 2018, Magnum entered into a Joint Venture arrangement with ATS Technology Holdings Limited (“ATSTHL”), a Hong Kong corporation, whereby ATSTHL is appointed by Magnum to spearhead the marketing of the ATS systems worldwide, with special emphasis in the People’s Republic of China and Asia.

In September 15, 2020, Magnum entered into a Marketing Agreement with Emergent Waste Solutions Inc. (“EWS”), a Licensee of Magnum for Canada. EWS will operate as the marketing arm of Magnum. This arrangement works well in conjunction with Magnum’s Joint Venture arrangement with ATSTHL.

Such beneficial arrangements will allow Magnum to concentrate mainly on researching on ways and means of enhancing the ATS Systems Technology.
