ABOUT

Magnum Group International Inc. ("Magnum”), with a business office in Canada, and in Hong Kong, is a Technology company backed by a group of highly qualified financial and technical personnel from its affiliated companies.

Executive Summary

Presently, Magnum is the owner of the Canadian patent pending Advanced Thermolysis System (ATS) Technology. Upon issuance of the Canadian Patent, Magnum will assign that to Emergent Waste Solutions Inc., its Licensee for Canada, and will retain the Provisional Cooperation Treaty (“PCT”) for further assigning the patent worldwide.

The ATS system utilizes super heated steam that deploys a super efficient and proven method for processing all organic wastes such as Municipal Solid Wastes (MSW), wood biomass, agriculture and animal biomass, used plastics, used tires, sludge, and many other organic wastes to produce high value by-products such as:

  • Biochar

  • Activated biochar

  • Carbon Black with high surface area and iodine absorption rate

  • High quality fuel oil and bio oil free of carbon dust

  • Surplus syngas and heat available for generation of power

The ATS system produces no measurable harmful emissions and qualifies as a "green" system and therefore being eligible for carbon credits.

Magnum’s affiliated corporations, MGI Thermolysis Systems Inc. and Emergent Waste Solutions Inc. (both Canadian corporations) will manufacture the ATS systems. Magnum desires to enter into JV partnerships with financially strong individuals/entities for specific waste processing projects. It is expected the capital invested in the ATS systems alone, will have a Return On Investment (ROI) in about 3 years, after commencement of full production.

The ATS Technology and System is designed to answer the global challenge of waste disposal by utilizing an extremely efficient and cost effective waste conversion process that is safe, with no measurable pollution, nontoxic, and compatible with all environmental standards, and qualifies for carbon credits worldwide. The ATS System and Technology has worn awards in the People’s Republic of China, and Japan.

The ATS System is the most advanced physical activation system available:

  • Totally eliminates incomplete feedstock penetration

  • Totally eliminates tar build-up in the system

  • Employs a triple reactor system for achieving great processing efficiency

The incorporation of super-heated steam Technology makes it perhaps the best system today:

  • Deep penetration of the feedstock to allow for its complete breakdown

  • Removal of volatiles from the reactors to prevent re-contamination

  • Eliminates buildup of organic soot and tar in the circulatory systems

  • Creates a pure carbon that easily transitions to activated carbon, a valuable by-product

  • Waste heat from the reactors re-used to allow for greater system efficiency
